Halley Marek is one of 100 freshman FFA members selected state-wide to be a part of the 2019 Helping Youth Maximize their Agricultural eXperience (HYMAX) academy. Halley had to complete an application for this competitive program. The application included answering essay prompts relating to agricultural, FFA and leadership topics. Halley also had to obtain letters of support for HYMAX and submit her academic transcript. She will travel to FFA Camp Rising Sun at the Lake of the Ozarks this summer to take part in HYMAX.
