The Salisbury Lady Panther golf team captured second place at Districts at LA Nickell golf course on Monday, October 11. This is second year in a row the girls have brought home a second place district plaque. Gwen Wilkey was all-district with a third place 98 and Quinise Millar was all-district in 12th place with a 111. Addy Green shot a 112. Halley Marek and Makenna Stundebeck rounded out the scoring with a pair of 122's.
With all 5 members advancing to state, the Lady Panthers will have the opportunity to compete for a team trophy at state as well as individual. The state golf meet will be held at Silo Ridge in Bolivar on Oct. 18 and 19. Congratulations ladies and Coach and best of luck next week!!!
