FBLA Districts

What an awesome day for our FBLA chapter! On Monday, February 13, our members competed at the District 19 Leadership Conference held in Chillicothe, MO. Students spend the majority of their time preparing for competitions outside of normal school hours. Advisor, Mrs. Stephanie Gladbach hosted work days after school until 6pm, and on Sundays from 1pm-7pm to prepare for this day. Our student members competed in objective tests over business/technical content, skills events showing their knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs, design events from websites to magazines and promotional materials, and presentations over multiple various topics. Their hard work and dedication paid off today as numerous members advance to the next level. Our FBLA members have great work ethic and worked hard for everything they earned today! Congratulations to our chapter and congratulations our amazing members that competed. Besides those who competed and advanced today, three additional members, Ayla King, Waylon Pope, and Kaden Kirchhoff will be joining the others at state with straight to state events.

16 of our events today, received 1st Place, 11 events received 2nd Place, and 7 events received 3rd Place. 4th and 5th place test events also advance to state.
