The Salisbury FBLA chapter attended the State Leadership Conference in Springfield, MO on Sunday, April 16 - Tuesday, April 18. While at the conference, the members attended leadership workshops and participated in the competitive events. 30 members qualified for the conference in a competitive event, ranging from tests to presentation events. The following members placed in the top 10 in the state:

- *1st Place, Introduction to Information Technology: Zane Duncan
- *3rd Place, Public Service Announcement: Kaisen Carter, Addison Schiltz, Tori Ricketts
- *4th Place, Publication Design: Taylor Nolke, Adeline Emmerich, Lily Rowe
- *4th Place, E-Business: Makenna Stundebeck, Kate Kottman, Madison Linneman
- 7th Place, Introduction to Business: Jake Peiffer, Emerson Gutz, Noah Hartmann
- 9th Place, Broadcast Journalism: Emry Gutz, Jake Peiffer, Patrick White
- 9th Place, Website Design: Rylie Hayward, Cate Atkinson, Iris Snider
Those who placed in the top 4 will advance to the National Leadership Conference held in Atlanta, GA this summer on June 27-30.
