The Salisbury Schools is excited to offer a free Pre-Participation Sports Physicals on Thursday, June 29, at the Salisbury Elementary School. Any incoming 7-12 grade student participating in Marching Band, Flags, Football, Softball, Cross Country, Golf, Basketball, Track, or Baseball, must have a physical on file with the Athletic Director's Office Before being allowed to participate. New this year, MSHSAA has new forms to be used to complete this requirement. Most physicals are good for 720 days, so there are some students who took the Pre-Participation Physical last year who only need to fill out and return the Annual Form:
For incoming 7th graders and students who have last taken a physical more than 720 days need to have a Pre-Participation Physical with a medical professional. This physical may be taken on June 29. To sign up for the Pre-Participation Physical click the link below:
