SES hosted author Stephen Kozan for a 3-6 Writer's Workshop and Dueling Creature Illustration. A new SES published author was also revealed as Kaylin Billington shared her book description and signed copies of her book.

HS Softball Scores 10/8/25

Six Salisbury middle school students traveled to Central Methodist University on October 7 to compete in the annual Mary and Ted Forbes Middle School Science and Math Competition. They competed against 20 teams. Students competed in a knowledge portion and a performance event. This year's performance event required students to build a paper helicopter that had blades less than 20 cm. The goal was to have the helicopter fall the slowest from a height of 100 m.

The students were accompanied by their algebra teacher, Kristy Link. Mrs. Link hopes to continue this tradition for years to come.
