Due to a shortage of umpires for Thurs game at Cairo, the JH softball game will start at the conclusion of the varsity game (approx 6:30) on Cairo's baseball field. JV will still play 3 innings after the varsity on the softball field.

Homecoming Activities Today
The parade line up for today is at 1:00pm in the football field parking lot. The parade should start around 1:30pm. Unfortunately, we could not find another team to play tonight after Carrollton cancelled for COVID reasons. We will still have the Homecoming Coronation festivities on the football field tonight at 7:30pm. Parents and community members are welcome to attend. The Homecoming Dance will begin at 8:00pm and end at 10:00pm. Doors will lock at 8:30pm. Students are not allowed to leave the dance and re-enter.

Homecoming Parade Info:
Parade is happening as scheduled. Line up is on the south side of the school and starts at 1:00. We plan to leave the high school by 1:30-1:40. The route will head west from the high school and go past the nursing home before heading to the park. At the park we will turn left and head north on Broadway. We will stay on Broadway until 2nd street where we will turn left and make our way back to school.
If you are a non-school parade entry/group please congregate in the gravel lot by the football field. We will try to keep the school groups separate to reduce confusion. Please be careful as you enter the lot as there will be many children there!
If you don’t need to be in the area around the high school please avoid the area. Thanks! We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!
