Quarterfinal Basketball Parking Information – Today at Salisbury High School
Fans attending today’s quarterfinal games between Brunswick and Cairo are asked to please park in the school parking lots in front of the dome and south of the school near the football field.
Please do not park on nearby residential properties and be respectful of the homes and property around the school.

Region 3 Officer Installation and Awards were held March 5th at the Macon Middle School gym. Lydea Britt ran the meeting ending her term as Region 3 President and was installed as the Region's State Officer. Luke Britt and Jameson Schoo also was installed as First Vice President and Parliamentarian for next year. Lawson Ostermann, Lane Cruse, Brylee Wallace, and Luke Britt received their medals from Regional STAR Events in January. Luke Britt and Lydea Britt were recognized as Power of 1 completers. Lane Cruse was recognized as Outstanding Chapter Leader and Lydea Britt was recognized as Outstanding Regional Leader. The chapter was recognized as a Gold Level Active Chapter and a Gold Level Publicize your Performance Chapter Award winner.

The Title I Family Engagement Night was well attended at SES Thursday evening with students enjoying hands on activities. A huge thanks to the SHS Science Club and A+ students for assisting with the event. Thanks to a state reading grant K-3 students took home math and reading kits for further exploration. #ShineSES #PantherPRIDE

Lydea Britt, Lexie Moore, and Aiden Sorensen attended the CMU Regional Science and Engineering Fair and Academy of Science on Tuesday March 3. In conjunction with their Anatomy class, they did a research project and experiment investigating the effect of Salvia Officinalis (sage tea) on hyperhidrosis. They did a presentation for the Academy of Science and competed in the Regional Science fair, where they placed second in the category of Biomedical Science.

Students from Salisbury high school competed in the Regional Science Olympiad held at Truman State University Saturday February 28. All seven students placed at least once in the top five and the team placed 6th. Science Olympiad events include nearly all science disciplines; life sciences, astronomy, physics, chemistry, engineering, environmental science.
